MT GILEAD CHURCH: March 12, 2020
Dear Mt. Gilead Family and Friends,
Today Governor Holcomb introduced additional steps the state will take to curb the spread of the Coronavirus. Among the actions is proactively limiting large gatherings of people. This includes church services. Mt. Gilead wants to be on the front end of this recommendation to protect our people, their families, and our greater community.
In light of these actions and our desire to be a good neighbor, Mt. Gilead will be moving our weekly worship services online. Until we are able to worship together in person again, we are grateful to have the ability to gather in Online Community. While nothing will ever replace the church gathering together in one place, we do still have the ability to gather our families, friends, neighbors, and loved ones around a screen to hear truth, find hope, grow in our faith.
Starting this Sunday, Mt. Gilead will be live-streaming one service, all online, at 10:00am. You can stream the church service through the Mt. Gilead mobile app, facebook live, or click over to our Livestream page.
We are committed to doing our part to help slow the spread of the Coronavirus pandemic and our top priority is to protect the health and safety of people. We are monitoring this situation daily and will provide updates as it pertains to the church as they become available.
We plan to hold our Sunday services online until we are able to meet once again in person. At the appropriate time, we will communicate plans to resume regular services with everyone in our worship center.
Please share the opportunity to gather together online with your friends and neighbors. This is a great time to invite someone to a relationship with Jesus.
On Sunday, please join us at 10:00am our Facebook page, on YouTube, our Mt. Gilead App or at our Online Community site.
